Beautiful RSVP by Talbots blouse! Heather gray with glitzy neckline makes it the perfect blouse for fall and winter. The ruffles around the neckline add a fun and feminine touch! 3/4 sleeves and soft material. Tie back neck. I love this top but sadly need to downsize. It’s size M and fits TTS.
