Reposhing this item I purchased from @yyhill99. I bought these pants brand new with tags. Unfortunately they were too small for me. I had hoped to get into them, but no such luck. Perfect condition Talbots heritage trousers. Plaid pattern in black, white, tan. Wool, cotton, spandex. Fully lined. Button and zipper clothes. Size 8. Inseam approximately 31 inches. Rise 10 inches
