Talbots Italian Wool Blend Skirt

It’s a fully lined pencil skirt with a side zipper until it reaches the hem where there’s a flirty flare. The skirt is a size 2 that measures 13.5” at the waist lying flat, 29” at the hips and it’s 23” long. Gorgeous.
