From Talbot's, this is such a pretty top! Velvet trim in black around the neckline and on sleeves. Sideseam zip. The sleeves are 3/4 length unlined lace with a scalloped edging at the hem. The body of the top is lined. The bust is 22 " from underarm to underarm with a length of 25". No damage.
