Talbot's NWOT sweater blue and white tye dye

Talbot's sweater. Blue with white tye dye stripes. 100% cotton textured knit. Size L. The tag is gone but it still has the plastic attached where the tag was. I washed it with the plastic thing attached, but it has never been worn. From a smoke-free pet-free home.
