Talbot’s pretty velvet, silk, burned out rayon shrug. Very pretty satin ribbon along the bottom. Dry clean only, 70% rayon, 30% silk NWT. Size L. Measurements: lying flat, pit to pit l9-20”BUT not meant to close, meant to be a shrug. This is a really pretty shrug, but I just don’t have the occasion for wearing it.
