Cotton, spandex blend allows for some stretch and gives it both casual or dress up potential. 3 button detail on sleeve. Two buttons in front. Approximate flat measurements are armpit to armpit 18”, waist 17.5, hem opening 20”, shoulder to hem length 22”, and edge of shoulder to wrist length is 19.5”. Happy to answer questions!
