Talbots Navy Blue/White Polka Dot Top, Size 3X

This is a dark, navy blue and white polka dot top with a crewneck and short sleeves that is accented with a tie. Despite the pictures looking black, it is definitely navy blue. Fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Measurements are length 28.5 inches, sleeves from top shoulder 15 inches, and pit to pit approximately 26 inches. Top is a new light condition and come from a pet and smoke free home.
