Talbots Navy/White Skirt

This is such a cute skirt, perfect for summer! It's a navy and white striped, stretchy skirt from Talbots with embroidered flowers. Size 10. Length from waist to hem is 22". It's 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex. I love this skirt, it just didn't fit me right.
