Talbots Paisley Skirt with Pockets

Talbots Paisley Skirt with pockets! I’m pretty sure this is vintage from the 90’s. Comes above the knee, waist is elastic and allows plenty of stretch. Sized as a small but would also fit a medium. Did I mention it has pockets? Great condition except for the waist being a bit wavy, elastic is not compromised though! Measurements laying flat: waist 12’’ (my waist is 28” for reference) length 19’’
