Talbots Petite Faux Wrap Dress

Excellent used condition, black with white polka dots, cap sleeve, wrap style stretchy dress. There is one thread a little loose at the neckline, see pictures. Flattering gathered detail at shoulders. Shoulder to hem is 39 in and pit pit is 16 in.
