Reposh. Nwot. Unfortunately, it's slightly snug on. The body of the dress is lined but the 3/4 sleeves are not. Great pop of color. I wouldn't say it's Kelly green but more of a jade green shade. Still a lovely shade and very feminine. Love the sleeves and the scalloped hemline. Measurements are as follows: 16" underarms 15" waist 34" length 18" sleeve Wish it worked out but if these measurements work for you then you'll have a great dress in your wardrobe. 100% cotton.
