Talbots Petite Size 4 Fireworks Skirt

Beautiful fireworks pattern embroidered skirt with sparkly threads of gold, and shades of tan and brown. Side zip and fully lined. Love this but it’s too big in the hip for me. Waist about 14” across, hip about 19 1/2”, and length 21”. Cross between A line and pencil. Super cute with a sweater or blouse and boots! Like new condition!
