Talbots Petite sleeveless sheath dress lined.

The dress is aqua and white. It is sleeveless and lined. It has a small cut out v neck and zips in the back and dry clean only. In addition, it last four horizontal lines on the front and back of the dress. It is a tweed like fabric and measures as follows: shoulders13 1/2”, chest 16” and length is 35”.
