Talbots Quilted Puffer Vest

Talbots diamond quilt vest with ribbed side panels. Navy blue. Women’s size XS. Full zip closure with snap wind flap. Back snaps for waist adjustment. Excellent condition, EXCEPT zipper will not totally unzip. It easily goes all the way up & all the way down, but will not separate at bottom. I’ve tried to fix it, but evidently I am not a zipper whisperer. Vest is still easy on, easy off & doesn’t appear to be malfunctioning. It just can’t be fully opened. See photo #7. Greatly reduced price reflects this flaw. Maybe you’ve got the magic touch with zippers?
