Talbot’s Skirt NWOT

Talbot’s skirt. New without tags. The navy blue and white sail boat print features front pockets that have not yet had the threads snipped, metal enamel button detail along the sides, and a back zipper with hook and eye closure. The extra button is still attached to the label on the fully lined skirt. Waist is approximately 38” circumference, and length from top of waist to hem approximately 19”.
