Talbots - Sz 14 - Black Velvet like, Long Skirt with slip, side zipper and clasp

Great condition, soft velvet like long skirt, has inner slip, side zipper, and thick clasp. Length is 37” long and 15” across the waist lain flat. Has slight elastic give in the back for snug fit, gives about an inch of stretch. No side slits at bottom of skirt.
