Talbots Vintage Wool Pleated Midi Skirt Womens Sz 4

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mschaedler. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new I am a regular size 2 or a four the skirt fits more like a zero it’s very small I put measurements inside so you can see the waist and the hips it’s a beautiful beautiful skirt. I wish I could keep it but I can’t fit it. Please look at my measurements before decision The size says four but it is not a four it’s a vintage four so it must be smaller than the sizes they have today.
