Talbots Yellow and Blue Tunic Blouse Birds Flowers 3/4 Sleeve XL EUC

This is a beautiful blouse/tunic by Talbots. The pattern is reminiscent of Blue Willow china dishes. There are three buttons down the front and a single button on the sleeves. The top is loose and flowy. It is in EUC with no holes or stains.
