Fully lined (see last photo). Nice professional, flirty skirt. Can be worn with both black and navy blue tops. Sits just below the waist; knee length. Flat measurements: waist 13.5”, length 20”. Side zipper with hook and eye. Fabric: 35% wool, 32% viscose, 15% poly, 14% nylon, 2% silk, 2% spandex. Dry clean. Excellent condition.
