Talbots blue blouse

Navy blue button down blouse with sheer overlay that has raised navy blue dots. Sleeves are just the sheer fabric with raised navy blue dots. I have worn this maybe 3 times. I am usually a 2 on top and this was too big for me. Probably better if you're a 4 or maybe a 6.
