Talbots blue dandelion ruffled dress

Super adorable dandelion puff dress with a crape texture to the fabric. Princess seams on the bodice and would fit well on a curved frame. The belt is missing, however without the belt loops on the sides of dress I’d never have known there was a belt. Upon request I can remove the belt loops.
