Talbots blue short sleeve dress

Talbots shoulder sleeve blue dress. worn, but maintained in good condition. v-neck and ankle length. looks fabulous with a blazer on and a belt. there's sewing lines on the chest area. very flowy! the exact size isn't on the tags in the back, but I believe it's a 0x-2x. there is a bit of discoloration along the neckline as well, but this does not show up in photos and is practically unnoticeable in person.
