Talbots cute Pencil Skirt Size 8

Florentine patterned pencil skirt from Talbots. This is a lovely fabric (cream & black) and almost has the nap of chintz. It has 3% spandex for stretch along with a cotton blend. See photos. Hidden zipper with a hook & eye and a slit up the back. A small hem as shown. All measurements were taken with the skirt laying flat. Kindly double for waist and hips.
