Sorry I'm just seeming these comments. I'll check later today. They are wide leg and there is no elastic in the waist. Measurements soon come. Thank!

The fabric is khaki type / cotton and not stretchy. I'll post that too when I get a chance later. I also have 5 pair of Lee Comfort Fit NWT 18W that are a blend that I will list soon. They don't fit the same are the 97/3 and I wasn't able to return them. I'm moving, having a baby, and liquidating most of my clothes- so if you have something in mind, especially if it's for work, I might have it.
