Elegantly tailored and fully- lined (what ever happened to lining things?!) pencil skirt in a beautiful dove blue. only worn a couple of times, and is in excellent condition. The luxurious-to-the-touch fabric was woven in Italy! waistband 20'' across (40 inches all the way around) length: 40"
