Textured cotton, no stretch, I strugglegled between black and navy in this finally deciding on navy/off white, just be aware in cases you see it different, 4 hidden snap buttons, 3/4 sleeves, pockets, cropped length, fully lined, Talbots, size 4, measured flat app: pits 19”, shoulder to hem 21”, very good condition, great transition piece, very feminine floral pattern (T-89)
