The details, the details! Talbots short-sleeve off-white top with navy polka dots is sweet enough, but look at those ruffles. Delicate, but not overdone. Perfect with or without a jacket. Lovely ruffle at the v-neck, gathering at top of back makes for a lovely drape, 26" long with a rounded hem, 40" bust with darts. 100% polyester, easy wash and hang to dry, or machine wash and tumble dry. Unlined (camisole recommended). Excellent condition.
