pmiller0225 @jascar7780 hi, the Inseam is 27 inches and the calf measurements is approximately 10 1/4” see pictures and let me know if you want me to change the location of the measuring tape. Ty

pmiller0225 @jascar7780 hi, There isn’t an elastic in the front part so the back elastic is enough to give a little more give but I don’t think enough to move into a size 18. I’m not good at this, and don’t like to say incorrect info. Just to make a sale. I do think there is extra width in the bottom and leg areas. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law gave them a size too big for me, ☹️
