Talbots portrait collar top

Classic portrait collar top in blue and white floral with gold buttons on sleeve cuffs. Thick, stretchy fabric with 3/4 length sleeves. There’s some bleeding of the blue onto the white (pictured) but otherwise VGUC. Looks great paired with the navy pencil skirt also in my closet
