Talbot's sleeveless blouse

Blush pink, sleeveless, blouse with ruffle details. 100% cotton. Pairs perfectly with skinny white pants and wedges. There are a few very small, subtle tan flecks in the fabric that are unnoticeable until looked at closely (see pics). The shirt was purchased like this from Talbots. It's not an outlet or defect item. I absolutely adore this short. It's only been worn a few times.
