Talbots stretch, double-breasted jacket. Camel/tan. Size 16 petite

Talbots Stretch, double breasted jacket. Camel/khaki color, long sleeves, 3 front pockets, fully lined. Size 16 petite, chest 22", length 25 1/2". New with tags, however, there is a very faint water mark on the bottom of one of the sleeves. Also, the sleeves seem to be made to push up the arm or maybe there is a flaw in the internal stitching. The bottom outside sleeve seems to not want to lay smooth. This might be intentional or an easy fix for a tailor. Thus the low price.
