Talbots vest

Look pulled together in this flattering sleeveless vest with quilting and corduroy collar. Sized as a Talbots medium but wears more like a large to me. I am including free Boutique blouse to wear underneath as it really makes a great pair! Great value. Excellent condition on all. Shirt is size L.
