Talbots vintage tartan plaid red & navy blue & royal blue wool wrap skirt kilt knee length size 4-6 This skirt is in great condition with no holes, stains or pilling. It is 100% wool and has the original skirt pin with it - the pin has lost a little luster but is still in good working condition & the wear is not noticeable when worn. The pleated skirt has a wrap design with an interior button on the waist and a hook closure. The size tag says size 6 - the mannequin is a size 4 and it fits the mannequin pretty well also.
