Very nice blouse, striped, medium-soft, comfortable, stretchy. 3/4 sleeves. 100% cotton. Preowned, in great condition. Color is very-dark blue, very close to black, looks almost-black just with very-minor shade of blue. Off-white stripes. Shoulders 16 inches, sleeve length 18.5 inches, chest 21 inches, around bust is 42 inches and stretches, length shoulder-to-bottom is 25 inches
