Gorgeous navy/purple/green pencil skirt from Talbots x The Oprah Magazine Collection. Cotton/spandex blend outer, fully lined. Size 2P. Cream colored grosgrain ribbon at waist. Actual Measurements, with garment laid flat:  Chest, measured pit to pit: 21”  Length: 21”  In good gently used condition, the only noted flaw is a white edge on one small area of the hem.
