Talbot's 100% Cotton Wrinkle Resistant Blue & White Striped Blouse Vintage 90s

Talbots petites Probably 90s Vintage This cotton button down blouse from Talbots is very soft! It has an interesting feel, and I wasn't sure it was cotton at first. It is blue and white striped, with diagonal white stripes through it as well. It does have a few areas where there are picks. Because of the stripes, you can't really see the pick lines, just the little loops of thread. They are barely visible and do not retract from it's appearance.
