Talbots (Tween) Skirt 

This is a beautifully embroidered 100% cotton skirt. It is light baby blue. Last picture best reflects actual color. Tween sized but can be worn by adult. Around the waist is a perfectly placed white ribbon that tappers off to the side to tie a bow. Around the hem of the skirt is two inches of free flowing tulle. Lined. The skirt is finished with a side zipper. Waist flat across is 14”. Hips flat across is 21”. Length is 23”. 2” layer of tulle makes it 25”. Size 18.
