Talbotts cotton maxi sundress purchased for a party chose a different dress

This is Talbotts halter style Maxi Cotton Paisley print dress. It is self lined with bright orange. It has a self tie belt. It is a regular size 8. I wear a 8-10 and fits me perfectly but I did not wear it to the party. It has been tried on, but it has not been outside. The tags are no longer attached.
