Tall Chunky Pull&Bear Boots

Tall chunky grey Pull & Bear boots. Hardly any wear to them, they seem brand new. Size 8.5 in US. Waterproof material. Would fit a 9 comfortably. Heel is 2 1/4in tall. 15in tall without heel. 17 1/2in tall with heel. They’re gorgeous but I can’t figure out how to wear them. I hope someone falls for them!
