Hi I'm trying to find a pair of tall boots that are WIDE/LOOSE at the top (so thigh or knee area) so they drape kinda open... NOT fitted against me... are these like that?? 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 IM STARTING TO BELIEVE IM LOOKING FOR THE UNFINDABLE!! 😢 Thanks for your help doll!! 😘
