claudiashopmm @ceharrison5 Hi! These are pull-on. There is only one small marking on the side of one of the boots, you can hardly see it at all. Otherwise, I'd say they are in perfect condition. I have long legs and it comes almost to my knee, perhaps an inch below. Hope this helps!
