Tall rain boots

Tommy Hilfiger tall two-tone rubber boots. Waterproof. Flannel lined for warmth. Elastic gusset at top makes for easier pull on/off. Other than a scratch on the right boot (see picture), boots are in excellent condition. Shaft is 16” tall.
