This jacket is in excellent preowned condition. I believe it was worn maybe for a couple of hours. I believe that the sleeves may have been hemmed or shortened, so the measurement approximately from armpit to wrist is 14 inches and from shoulder to wrist is 21 1/2 inches. That is why I haven’t listed as a 44 short. From the back of the neck to the bottom of the jacket is approximately 31 inches.
