Tamara Catz Floral Embroidered short dress. Light pale blue with brown/bronze embroidered hibiscus flowers. Scalloped hem and shoulder straps. Zips in back with light blue zipper. Fully lined in white. Made in India. 100% cotton. Designed and purchased in Maui Hawaii in 2000 where Tamara had a boutique selling tropical resort wear. Perfect for the beach. Used good condition. No rips or snags but small tear inside lining at bottom. See last photo. 34" from top of strap to bottom. 21" across.
