Tan & Black Striped 3/4 Sleeve Fitted Dress

This mid-length dress is fitted high waist with an optional belt. It’s very versatile! Can be worn with or without leggings. Looks great with boots, sandals or wedges! I’m 5’ and it fits mid-low thigh.
