Tan Canvas Chunky Lace-up boots

Tan canvas chunky lace up boots from H&M. Wore plenty of times, but overall in great shape. They have a couple marks toward the heel of the shoe- can see in pics. Could prob be cleaned up with fabric cleaner/shoe cleaner/oxyclean. H&M size 39 which they say is a US 8 but they fit more like 8.5 to me.
