It does not have a zipper. you have to be able to pull it over your head and the waist is a bit tight. If you have big boobs, you won't be able to get it over your boobs without it being super tight on the waist. Basically, you need to have a pear shape or rectangle shape body to make this look good. Also good to wear some type of slip underneath. Can be see through in bright light.
