Tan Velvet Skirt

I recently went in a trip to Paris, France. While there, I picked up this adorable skirt but was discouraged to find it did not fit (the boutique did not allow people to try things on). Since I am now back in New York, I am stuck with it. I have never worn in, the tags are still on, and it’s in the same condition it was in when I picked it up in Paris.
