Tan jacket with long strings and pockets

Pretty sure I've almost died in the jacket before. It's been across the country, left at friends house for multiple months. Had a rip that got fixed by a current medical surgeon. Lots of history in this thing and it may be time for a new home. Not too heavy. Also not light weight. Perfect for when it starts raining but you don't want to wear a raincoat.
